2. Data and purposes

We process account, billing, purchase and classroom activity data to manage your account, enrolment and training, charge the course and issue invoices, send communications about your courses and, only with your consent, commercial information. We never process or store your card details.

3. Retention and recipients

Data is kept while your account and training last and afterwards for the legal periods (invoicing data up to 6 years). Only service providers acting as processors access it (hosting, bank and Redsys, Hotmart, Google, our accounting adviser), plus public authorities when required by law. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

4. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to cide@cidegrupo.com, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
