Purchase conditions

1. Owner

This website (www.academiaeninternet.com) belongs to CIDEGRUPO DIGITAL SL, tax ID B19341734, registered office at C/ Pérez de Ayala Nº 12 Bajo, 33007 Oviedo (Asturias), registered in the Spanish State Register of Training Entities with no. 99000292. Contact: cide@cidegrupo.com.

2. Purpose

These conditions govern the purchase of non-regulated online training courses through this website. The specific conditions of each course (contents, length, dates, price, payment methods and places) are on its course page and form part of these conditions.

3. Purchase process

To buy a course you must create an account, enter your billing details, accept these conditions and pay. Once the payment is confirmed you will receive the enrolment confirmation and the invoice by email.

4. Prices

Prices are shown on each course page. This is non-regulated training exempt from VAT under Spanish Law 37/1992, article 20. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of purchase.

5. Payment methods

Payment is made by card or Bizum through the secure Caja Rural gateway (Redsys) and, where indicated, through PayPal. Your card details never go through this website.

6. Course access

Access is activated once the payment is confirmed and remains available until the date stated on the course page. Access is personal and non-transferable.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from the purchase to withdraw by writing to cide@cidegrupo.com. However, under article 103.m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you lose this right if you requested immediate access to the course and have started accessing its contents, which you expressly accept when purchasing. Refunds are made within 14 days using the same payment method.

8. Certificate

When you complete the course as stated on its page you can download your certificate issued by CIDEGRUPO DIGITAL SL. This is non-regulated training.

9. Intellectual property

Course contents belong to CIDEGRUPO DIGITAL SL or their authors and are for the student personal use only.

10. Data protection

We process your data to manage your enrolment, training and invoicing. You can exercise your rights by writing to cide@cidegrupo.com.

11. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
